Work has begun on setting up the construction site for the new building of the Haus zum Falken (Café Mandarin). At the same time, work is being done on the gas pipeline in Falkenstrasse/Mühlebachstrasse. Here are the other key data:

Demolition of the “Mühlebachpärkli” bicycle station and construction of the transfer and installation site - June to August:
Construction of the protective tunnel on Kreuzbühlstrasse. Public and private transport flows unhindered through the tunnel, while construction site storage, office containers and construction cranes find their place on top.
The demolition of the property will then begin. The construction work for the new building of the Haus zum Falken will last until 2025.

Vom Montag, 18. Mai bis zum Mittwoch, 05. August sanieren die Vekehrsbetriebe Stadt Zürich (VBZ) Tramschienen in der Kurve an der Stadelhoferstrasse zwischen Stadelhoferplatz und Bahnhof Stadelhofen. Die Schienen sind stark abgefahren und müssen ersetzt werden.
