Media release from the Civil Engineering Office dated 15.01.2014
There is a recurring special permit for five events, namely for the Sechseläuten, Circus Knie, Züri-Fäscht, Streetparade, a changing circus in autumn and the Zurich Film Festival. And as a 6th event for the Wienachtsdorf. For the approval of an event, a city council resolution is mandatory.

Our association represents the interests of people, businesses and property owners in the neighborhood: as a place to live and as a center for shopping, services, entertainment, art and culture. We make your concerns heard by the authorities and are an important player when it comes to solving problems and tackling future projects. True to the motto that common goals make it possible to enhance the location for everyone. Furthermore, we are constantly striving to improve the attractiveness of the location: be it by hanging the Christmas lantern lighting on our three squares or by setting up sunshades on Sechseläutenplatz.
