Review
To date, there have been few complaints from residents about noise disturbance at night. The building owner has tried to talk to these people.
The lack of visibility at the crosswalk and the speed of cyclists are further problems in connection with the construction site. Solutions are being sought together with the traffic police. Various corrections are being made, e.g. removal of the signboard due to restricted visibility, possibly installation of signs and mirrors, etc. Unfortunately, many road users do not obey the traffic rules.
Outlook
in January 2023 night work is expected again, but it will be only a few hours. On January 16, 2023, excavation will begin. This will last approximately one year until probably December 2023. Archaeological finds are not expected.

Vom Montag, 18. Mai bis zum Mittwoch, 05. August sanieren die Vekehrsbetriebe Stadt Zürich (VBZ) Tramschienen in der Kurve an der Stadelhoferstrasse zwischen Stadelhoferplatz und Bahnhof Stadelhofen. Die Schienen sind stark abgefahren und müssen ersetzt werden.
From 25 September, films will be celebrated at Bellevue. The Zurich Film Festival is opening its doors again and will be showing films in Zurich until 5 October. The centre of the festival is Bellevue with its iconic pavilion on Sechseläutenplatz. International stars, world premieres and film fans will be bringing our neighbourhood to life during this time.
