After five years of opera, on 22 June you can enjoy the live broadcast of the ballet "Romeo and Juliet" on the Sechseläutenplatz in a summer festival atmosphere on the big screen free of charge. Choreographer and ballet director Christian Spuck tells the most famous love story in world literature in powerful, emotional images.
New: Warm-up on 21 June with the opera “Werther
To ensure that opera also gets its chance this year, a recording of Jules Massenet’s opera “Werther” in Tatjana Gürbaca’s production can already be marvelled at on the big screen of Sechseläutenplatz on Friday 21.6.19. This free open-air event will also begin with the pre-programme from 6 p.m., with the performance scheduled to start at 7.30 p.m.
